The Bloom Bar began in 2026 with a trestle table, twelve buckets of seasonal stems, and a simple idea: let guests build their own bouquets instead of just admiring someone else’s.

We started rolling the stand into hens parties, milestone birthdays, engagements and office team days across Melbourne — styling each stop with fresh stems, kraft bags and ribbon, and a short demo so nobody’s starting from scratch.

Every bucket is filled with the season’s best on the morning of your event, so what your guests take home is always fresh — no filler for filler’s sake.
